    Deletion of ccpA reduces staphyloxanthin (STX) production in <t>MRSA</t> <t>USA300.</t> (A) Colonies of Staphylococcus aureus USA300 and its derivatives. (B) Bacterial pellets of USA300 and its derivatives. (C) STX yield of USA300 and its derivatives. Bacterial colonies of each strain were cultured with BHI broth and cells were pelleted.
